Who Am I
My name is Amar but my online friends know me as Amar Aaron.
Don’t worry, I’m not going to bore you with a long winded 7-pages profile. But I feel it’s necessary for you to at least know a little bit about me and why you should you be listening to me in the first place.
Interesting Personal Stuff…
This year, 2012, I’ll be turning 39. I’m happily married with two beautiful children. 
I’m also actively involved with several charities, and homes for children here in Malaysia and in Cambodia. I’m an ardent believer of all religious practices. I usually spend an hour a day meditating and doing some simple yoga before starting work.
I love classical music especially Hindustani classical and I’ve spent close to 5-years learning how to sing and play the harmonium and tabla from a renown Indian singer, songwriter and percussionist.
Work-Wise…
Back in 2003, I started doing some part-time Affiliate Marketing, selling ebooks from Clickbank, but unfortunately I didn’t see much money in it maybe perhaps I was doing it all wrong. Then I jumped into and got my hands into several other online business models such as, PPC, Adsense, Ebay etc but still couldn’t earn enough to safely resign from my capati stall business.
Fast Forward Today
- In 2009, I founded a unique ‘blog-marketing’ technique called Hybrid Niche Marketing
- I own several hundred websites and money-making blogs pre-selling various products and services online.
- I have tie-ups with 18 foreign companies dealing with various physical and digital products namely, Markethealth.com, Clickbank, Amazon.com etc based in the US, UK and Australia.
- I learnt SEO from one of the worlds top experts, Rand Fishkin from SEOMoz.org
- I learnt online marketing from one of Internet’s top marketers, Mr Willie Crawford.
- I’m the CEO of a small corporate IT services & training co. called Niche Marketing Resources, LLC
- In 2009, I received the Apex Elite 2010 Commendation from Clickbank as one of their top 100 affiliates. (see cert snapshot below)
- To date, I’ve trained close to 480 people setup and launch their very own profitable online businesses from home.
If someone asked me what are my best accomplishments since becoming a full-time Internet Marketer? My answer will always be…
1) The extra time & money I get to spend with my wife and children at home; AND
2) When I’m teaching, I find true joy and happiness helping total strangers benefit from their own online business
I wanted to make this short and as sweet!
Before you go, two pieces of advice!
(1) There are many people out there who claim to know what they’re doing online and some will even tell you all sorts of unbelievable stories. Take a look at your inbox of the countless guru sent emails and you will know what I mean. Just because someone’s a GURU and have made millions of dollars, it doesn’t mean they will be willing to share the pie and let you in on the ‘real’ treasure map, if you know what I mean.
I, on the other hand am neither a GURU or a multi-millionaire BUT I truly love sharing knowledge and experience with others. I feel that my life’s purpose is more complete if I can help others achieve some of their goals. On the other hand, I know how to deliver knowledge. Many don’t. Teaching has always been in my blood. My mom’s a teacher, my dad’s an instructor, my grandfather used to teach music in the military in Singapore.
However, you may get the best teacher in the world BUT if you yourself lack the qualities of a good student, no teacher, course or training program is ever going to help you! Write this done somewhere!
Your job as a student, is to seize the opportunity present and know in your heart, there must be a reason why you landed here. Destiny, fate, whatever you wanna call it, that’s up to to you! But I strongly believe nothing happens by chance!
(2) Find the right teacher! Because, no one who is good in what they do, learnt it all by themselves. That includes me. I’ve had 2 great teachers when I first started and even till today I never stopped learning. Life is learning.
Choose your teacher wisely and once you have found the ‘right’ teacher, just follow his or her instructions to the dot, and get the work done! Don’t be lazy, don’t find excuses, don’t be doubtlfull and start analyzing everything he/she teaches you. Put in the work and give yourself some time to see the results. Be realistic and truthful to yourself.
Give out your best and best is what you’ll receive! It’s only a matter of time. That’s a key difference between a successful and a not so successful person.
